Crew Leader Responsibilities:

Manage a crew of landscaping professionals and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to our high standards
Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures
Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service
Ensure all equipment is adequately maintained and in good working order
Monitor and report on crew performance, attendance, and job progress
Participate in crew meetings and provide feedback to management on ways to improve operations

Crew Member Responsibilities:

Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, mulching, and hardscaping as directed by the crew leader
Follow all safety procedures and use equipment properly
Report any issues with equipment or job progress to the crew leader
Participate in crew meetings and provide feedback on ways to improve operations
Provide exceptional customer service and represent our company in a positive and professional manner

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
